Apart from his in depth knowledge about the housing market and its intricacies his ability to make the process so seamless for a first time home buyer like me is something I cherish. I can say he literally coached me and encouraged me to ask questions during the process. As a working professional I spent most of time in office and I had a limited times for home showings but he accommodated his schedule to meet mine. Fun Fact: I don't want to miss out on this but he also did babysit for us. When me and my wife were exploring homes he ensured that we had quality time looking around inside the house while he was busy engaging our kids outside. I don't have to look any further when it comes to purchasing my next home.
